Vinyasa Count Quick Reference List

This video has been around for a long time. And it is still relevant. There are a few slight differences to the counts in this video to the current methods that are taught in Mysore. But it's a great place to start if you are trying to get a sense of the vinyasa counts. And in my own humble opinion I find this video is a great resource to observe the similarities and differences that are represented in each remarkable student. I always feel inspired to find my own way after I watch this and try to be a little more self-reliant. Of course there is always a risk you will be scolded for not being "correct". I wish you all the best of luck in discovering the best methods for yourself and seeking input from knowledgable teachers when you need it.
