Whether you're a brand new beginner or you've practiced over a decade you might find some of these items useful. I've recommended bulk quantities of some of these things because I assume you're practicing with consistent frequency per the recommended 4-6x per week. Not every person needs every thing listed. Ask questions and look into these things to figure out which ones might help you the most. I haven't done any "shopping around" so I just linked the laziest search result if you want to be lazy. Pretty much everyone is deficient in magnesium. This is a great way to gain the needed magnesium, soothe muscles and improve sleep.

When you start to feel off balance and want to connect through your feet these can help your brain realize there are feet down there.
When you start feeling the areas in your body that need a little manual stimulation you can use these stone tools in your home to give yourself a little relief. Great for forearms, shins, shoulders, neck, face, feet and more.

An occasional oil bath can do wonders for the lymphatic system and the nervous system. I find almond oil to be inexpensive and also easy to work with. It has a very calming effect like chamomile or lavender which can help if your emotions and your nerves are feeling frazzled.
This one is a little bit of a splurge. But if you're dealing with a sluggish lymphatic system this stuff is worth it in my opinion. You can treat yourself with I'd estimate 10 or so full body treatments with this bottle (But I'm estimating with my body which is 5'1" and 115lbs).
Mineral rich green powder great for boosting brain function. Helps when pain is chronic, thoughts are ruminative and neurological changes need to take place. Blueberries are also highly recommended if this is the type of brain change you need.
